ワークショップ参加のご案内

 一般社団法人日本割烹道協会では、和食の魅力や技を体験できるワークショップを開催しています。参加は有料(一部のワークショップは参加費無料、材料費のみご負担)となりますが、その収益の一部は、私たちが取り組んでいる和食文化の継承や職人育成といった非営利活動の支援に活かされています。
皆さまに楽しんでご参加いただくことが、未来の料理人を育て、和食文化を次の世代へつなげる力になります。

学ぶこと」と「応援すること」を一緒に体験できるのが、このワークショップです。

Join Our Workshop!
At the Japan Kappōdō Association, we host fun workshops where you can experience the charm and techniques of washoku, Japan’s traditional cuisine.
There is a participation fee, and part of the proceeds goes toward our nonprofit activities, such as training future chefs and passing down washoku culture.
By taking part, you’ll not only enjoy learning new skills but also help support the next generation of chefs and keep Japanese food traditions alive.
In our workshops, you get to learn and give back at the same time.
